CJSC “KAMEC” quality main goal is development of competitive products, meeting customers’ requirements and expectations and providing company constant financial health.

          The main mean to achieve the goal is Quality Management System meeting the requirements of standard GOST R ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949.

          The goal achievement requires solution of the following tasks:

• systematic analysis of current and future-oriented customers’ requirements and expectations and objective evaluation of customer’s satisfaction regarding quality of our products (electronic turn on indicator unit, electronic wiper relay, electronic starter relay, electronic starter lockout relay);
• systematic personnel quality training, every employee engaging in quality product process perfection, personnel motivation for the purpose of their creativity revelation and involving in electronic components quality improvement process;
• introducing of designing modern methods, technical facilities and advanced technologies to prevent faults and increase stability of technological process and electronic automotive components quality;
• development of information technologies for maintaining of the process, which provides formation of quality coefficients.

In order to complete set tasks senior managers assume all responsibility for the following:

• to improve Quality Management System during the whole product life cycle in compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949;
• to make decisions, which are in agreement with quality policy and objectives;
• to create and to maintain internal environment in order to involve the personnel in company’s problems solution;
• to commit necessary resources for completing set tasks;
• to allocate responsibility and personnel authority during the whole production cycle, to support cross-functional work.
